Job Specification
Position title:             Salesforce and Data Entry Intern (UNPAID) Dates Required: November 2017 - February 2018
Reporting To:     Corporate Sustainability Senior Manager/Senior Coordinator Based:  Dubai, Sustainable City office 
Job Summary
The volunteer’s primary responsibility is to support the partnership team with tasks related to data entry. Per week 20-30 hours.

Key Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to assist the partnership team with tasks to manage corporate partnerships in advancing sustainability :
• Identifying relevant contacts.
• Updating the online customer relationship management system (Salesforce) on daily basis
• Building excel sheet data base for companies from different regions
• Data entry for a list of companies on excel sheet
• Online researching if needed
• Must have experience with Salesforce
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Especially Excel
• Passion for conservation and environmental issues
• Excellent research skills and ability to share information in an organized way
• Attention to detail
• A mature individual who is able to work with minimal supervision and is resourceful and reliable.
• Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills, hardworking, innovative team-player and committed.
• Adaptable, flexible, able to take initiative and prioritize among competing demands
Additional Information
• 20 - 30 hours weekly
• Based on Dubai EWS-WWF office
